In this ceremony, two livestock and poultry vaccines in Alborz province, the largest gamma radiation site in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari and two innovation factories in Mashhad and Shiraz were put into operation. To complete these projects, 452 billion tomans have been invested and 7,150 jobs have been created.

We know that the country's budget has three main pillars, which are education, health and defense. The country does not spend less in the field of education, and if we invest in this field, we should see the result in the economy.

The Vice President of Science and Technology also stated: The Vice President for Science tried to create this culture and change of attitude in all institutions during these years. An example is our cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture. We started extensive cooperation with this ministry in the field of food security. Planned to produce all agricultural inputs (seeds, fertilizers and pesticides). A large number of private companies have developed in the field of production of poultry and aquaculture vaccines and has caused a serious change.

According to him, we will deliver 15 vaccines by the end of the government. There are currently 5 mass-produced vaccines. Today, two vaccines for snow fever and avian influenza, both of which are the three largest imports in the field of vaccine, are unveiled.

 The head of the Biotechnology Development Headquarters added: "We also have a new understanding with the Ministry of Agriculture. This center has one of the largest research systems." There are thousands of hectares of land in the research department of this ministry.

The Vice President of Science and Technology continued: "Also, today, the largest gamma radiation site will be put into operation, in which we will see the most private sector investment." In the corona area of the province, the site helped the Ministry of Health sterilize hospital consumables.

Sattari also said about the opening of innovation factories: "Another action is the opening of innovation factories, in which you personally helped a lot and gave serious orders to set up these factories in each province." The private sector is investing to make these factories homes for startups. Today we are witnessing the opening of innovation factories in Mashhad and Shiraz. Mashhad is an innovative city and has many facilities for urban intelligence. Tehran is the 43rd most innovative city in the world. I believe that Mashhad is more advanced than Tehran in many areas.
